  So here's the thing. Dickeys has always been one of my favorite restaurants, although I had never been to the Mankato location until last week. What an awful experience. Food was cold but somehow happened to simultaneously be over done and burnt. Staff was extremely rude. Ignored us (me & husband) when we came in until we spoke up. Acted like it was a huge inconvenience to serve us. I complained to the female cashier (do not remember her name but she had short brown hair) about our food being cold, she rolled her eyes and said "Well, what do you want me to do about it" her snarky tone of voice resembled my high school aged daughter when I tell her she can't go out on a school night; immature and too sarcastic for her own good. The cashiers actions would be easily excused if maybe she was a snarky high school aged girl and not a college aged woman. Sad. When we asked to speak with a manager we were told there wasn't one available. Unbelievable. We will never be returning to this disgusting establishment. Basically, this Dickey's ruined all other Dickey's for me. The owners/managers/staff really need to get themselves together. Honestly surprised they're still in business.
