  Went out for sisters graduation from nursing school. I ordered the chicken Kiev, which wasn't even the size of my fist. I am a tiny woman with tiny hands keep in mind. Also got a baked potato which wasn't fully cooked. Pieces in the rice were hard as rocks. Boyfriend got a burger and fries.. burger was charred and he got maybe 7 fries with it. The drinks were also extremely weak. Will not return.

  Horrible service,twice!
  
  First visit this summer-We had a Groupon for $40 but couldn't use it for special. Told us after we already ate the meal. Water tastes like dish soap. Server never refilled our drinks. Food was so so.
  
  Second visit- took over hour to get food. There were 2-3 other groups that were already eating when we arrived. So not that busy. The guy at the door was stuffing his face as we walked in. Basically sat ourselves. The server was not helpful with wine menu. Told her pop was flat and tasted like dirt and didn't seem she cared. Didn't offer to check to see why. Said they been serving it all night and nobody else complained. For the price there are way better options in town.

  Charley's was a premium restaurant, that is no longer the case with poor service and second rate prepared food. I had the Salmon which was burnt on both sides and the wild rice side was half cooked and cold. The waitress was pathetic. This is the first time ever that I did not leave gratuity.

  The brunch buffet on Sunday was a bargain: $13.95 for Prime Rib, custom made omelette (delivered to my table), fresh fruit, tons of desserts and more! Joleen's service was prompt and courteous. I've also had their lunch buffet. Very classy.
